adsumArena
Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
adsumArena ("the app") is made by Philip Sharratt / Adsum. This policy explains what the app does with your data. Short version: nothing leaves your phone.
What the app uses
- Camera. When you tap Live or Photo, the app uses the camera to read the augment or item names on your game screen. Images are processed on your device by the operating system's built-in text recognition (Google ML Kit on Android, Apple Vision on iOS). Images are not stored, uploaded or shared.
- Photos (iOS). If you choose a photo instead of using the camera, it is read on your device in the same way and not stored or uploaded.
- Your picks. The champion and the augments/items you mark as taken are saved on your device so the app can suggest picks that build on them. You can clear them at any time with "Game over". They are never sent anywhere.
What the app doesn't do
- No account, sign-in or personal information.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting services.
- No data is sold or shared with anyone.
Network access
The app downloads public game images (champion, item and augment icons) from Riot Games' Data Dragon and CommunityDragon servers. These requests contain no personal data, but like any web request they reveal your IP address to those servers.
Children
The app doesn't knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
